ROGER J. GIORDANO is the Founder and co-managing member of R.J. Giordano & Associates, LLC since 1977.
Mr. Giordano specializes in tax and financial services. Specifically Mr. Giordano provides solutions services in the areas of small business consulting, income tax preparation, company benefits, education funding, retirement, estate and survivor planning as well as personalized portfolio strategies.

He is a charter member of the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) and local chapter in Connecticut. He is a Notary Public in the State of Connecticut.

Mr. Giordano’s professional and business career began in NYC working in a management position with Merrill Lynch training account executives; a teaching post as an Associate Professor in Texas, a Unit Manager for a Texas county hospital and than becoming an Executive Vice President, Director of Taxation, Board Member and Financial Counselor of the Chronogram Corporation in Greenwich Connecticut. He specialized in taxation and investments providing financial counsel to major national corporations and their key executives.

Mr. Giordano earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Kean University, Union, New Jersey and a Master’s Degree from Our Lady of the Lake University, San Antonio, Texas.

Mr. Giordano lives in Southbury, CT, is an avid long-distance runner, plays tennis and is involved with several community service organizations.

NICHOLAS J. GIORDANO was a co-managing member of R.J. Giordano & Associates, LLC from 1999 - 2007.
In September of 2007, Nicholas lost his battle with Metastatic Melanoma ( NCI ). His contributions to the Corporation improved processes and services which helped shape the company into what it is today.

Nicholas earned a BBA in Finance from Robert O. Anderson Schools of Management from the University of New Mexico in 1993. Nicholas had specific industry experience with Contract Manufacturing, Government Contracting, Motor Vehicle, Mortgage Banking Services, Quality & Safety Training, Charitable Organizations, and 501© companies.
